For the smooth functioning of the education system, a hierarchical structure is followed in the administration. Well- known Sahyadri Parisar Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Pachal manages Shri Manohar Hari Khapane College of Arts & Commerce, Pachal. The Executive Committee of the Mandal is the highest body of the administration. All other committees are given responsibilities to look into management of various matters for the development of the college.
